Description: Our final product shows how the collaborative and participatory qualities of “new ethos” combined with fluid rules and norms and distributed systems combine and overlap in many applications and web uses of the modern day world. Our visualization portrays this overlap with the branches and leaves located in between the main sections, and the reappearance of some application logos multiple times in various branch locations of “New Ethos”. Now complete, it is interesting to reflect upon the co-evolution of the design and the language we chose to use - a process in itself a representation of the “new ethos” of “new literacy”.
